Mash Waves Music is a music project by Daniel Soffner based in Melbourne, Australia.

Daniel grew up in Germany and started making music at the age of 7 when he learned playing piano and guitar. Over the years he collaborated with musicians from different genres, covering pop, electronic and classical music. His music is mainly influenced by movie soundtracks and by the New Wave and electronic music from the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Over the years he collaborated with film makers, show producers and modern dance collectives to create unique music covering a variety of styles.

He now lives and works in Melbourne, Australia’s culture capital.
